The content of this is as follows: He said when you know much and give a shit too much about racists, that's going to bother yourself. So, he does not really give a shit, sometimes people said things that's so racist to him, but he does not even know it's racist (0.25) and he gave an example when he went to the restaurant in Mississippi, he was going to order something but did not say yet and the staff said "chicken" to him (0.54). I think it is a kind of racist joke for white people that black people are chicken, so he was surprised (and the audience expected that he was surprised at how the staff was so mean to him) because he really wanted to get chicken. Because Dave did not know that racist joke, he did not know the staff was mean to him, and he was just surprised how the staff knew he was going to get chicken. After that he asked the staff 'How you know that? (1.15) and the staff said "Come on Buddy! Everybody knew since you walked from the god damn door, you going to get some chicken!" (1.20) so he just realized that it's racist and he said "I am upset, not even mad just upset because I am not ready to hear that shit, I just going to order the chicken because I think it is delicious. I have not even known before that I am genetically born to love a chicken!" (around 1.43) so after that he got concerned and started to be scared to eat chicken in public. People were going to say "Look it up! He loves chicken! Just like it said in “encyclopaedia” (2.23). Here he seems to imitate white people’s accent when he said it.
